Who are we?
Fifty years ago, the first 4-seater gondola was opened on the Planai, marking the beginning of Schladming's rise. Over the years, the Planai-Hochwurzen cable cars have evolved into a year-round, diverse, and regional leisure company, becoming a key economic and tourism driver for the Schladming-Dachstein region.
Today, the company includes not only Planai and Hochwurzen but also Galsterberg, Dachstein, and Wilde Berg Mautern. The company’s diverse offerings are further complemented by its gastronomy businesses and bus company, rounding out the versatile services of Planai-Hochwurzen Bahnen GmbH.
